My parents have just sold their large property in Dennendal Avenue East, Tokai, as they need to downsize at this stage of their lives. They now wish to rent either a cottage, townhouse or small house in the southern suburbs; unfurnished and preferably in the Tokai surrounds. They would love a small garden, if possible.
