RESTAURANTS LIFESTYLE MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

We’re currently looking for a Restaurants Lifestyle Manager for our international client. A Restaurants Lifestyle has a passion for eating out, wine and fine dining. They’ll be able to tell you about at least 5 of the top 10 restaurants in Cape Town, and would love to tell you about other hidden gems in Cape Town. They might be addicted to watching MasterChef, or have a blog about food. They can probably tell you who Wolfgang Puck is, and have eaten at The Test Kitchen or La Colombe. If they don’t have international restaurants experience, they’ll be bright enough to find out everything there is to know, using their analytical minds and of course, Google. Due to a recent internal promotion, our client currently needs 2 Restaurants Lifestyle Managers to join their team. Requirements as follows: · Matric and preferably a tertiary qualification · A neutral accent. English must be your home language. · You must be able to compile business emails and therefore have excellent written skills, and attention to detail. · You will be able to conduct research and come up with comprehensive reports on your findings. · You need to be able to deal with extremely high levels of pressure. · You must be comfortable dealing at executive level. · You will have the ability to develop long-standing relationships with your clients. · Clear criminal and ITC records, proof of qualifications, and outstanding references are a must. · Working hours are a little different to accommodate diverse time zones. You will either work every Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday. The client decides on what days are allocated to you. The hours are 9am to 6pm / 9am to 6pm / 10am to 7pm / 11am to 8pm / 9am to 6pm – on a 5 day rotational basis.
