Description: We need a full-service building and contracting firm, specializing in fast food restaurant construction. Here is an opportunity to construct national franchise outlet projects (in all provinces) for a famous franchise restaurant. We manage the construction of all outlets for a South African based restaurant franchise and we need a local or national construction company who, under our supervision, is able to supply our client with shop fitting excellence. We require experienced and reliable contracting services with enthusiasm, expertise, honesty and attention to detail, to make you more than builders. We require a company that already employs trade qualified bricklayers, plasterers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, tilers, joiners and painters. We will insist on experience in restaurants, T.I. (tenant improvements) and retail outlets in shopping centres. Construction programs vary between 3 and 5 weeks, project contract values between R 375 000 and R 670 000 with weekly progress payments.
