QUANTITY SURVEYOR & CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER POSITION IN SOUTH AFRICA

Requirements & Job Description: • Qualified Quantity Surveyor (B.Tech/BSc in Quantity Surveying) • Professionally registered at SACQSP • Minimum 3 – 5 years experience (post graduate) in: - Building Contracts - handling all QS functions in Multi-storey Buildings • Clear Criminal & ITC Record • Ability to work in Office and on Site • Specializing in Costing of Projects with current market rates • Valuation & Control of Sub-contractor’s work (for payment) • Valuation of site progress for development bond and customer/investor draws • Cash management • Forecasting and updating of Cost of Developments as well as Budgeting • Approval of material and sub-contractor orders placed • Checking measurements of plans on a regular basis • Viability Study & Cost Calculation of new projects • Contracting on all levels according to industry standards • Own Transport Please send CV(incl qualifications), photo, contactable references and Salary expectation through to apply.
