24dB gain parabolic aerials are  only for remote locations with 0-2 bars outdoor coverage. They add a huge lift to the signal spread of the repeater and guarantee that the repeater will work in even the most remote locations. Standard aerials are 6dB, the high gain Yagi aerials are 9-11dB and these specially designed aerials are 24dB.  Do not use in towns or cities as it will be too powerful and may overload the base stations.
