Bordering the Seekoei River adjacent to Paradise Beach The farm is a riparian property of which the northern boundary is the Seekoei River. It is located adjacent to the township of Paradise Beach to the east and southeast. The property falls within the urban edge of the Jeffreys Bay municipal area. The eastern boundary is approximately 700 metres from the beach. Paradise Beach has several kilometres of white sandy beaches along the Indian Ocean.
