Way home gets longer

Andy is a small to medium corgi/pomeranian mix who was adopted from the SPCA a year ago. Unfortunately he did not gel well with his new owner and is now looking for a home that would suit him better. He is neutered, microchipped and fully up to date with his vaccinations. As he was adopted from the SPCA we are not sure of his true age, but estimate him to be 4/5 years old. With one straight and one floppy ear and loads of energy, Andy is an absolute ball of love and fun in an adorable package. He is extremely friendly and gentle with all ages of people and fine with other dogs. Unfortunately he hates cats. A real character, Andy loves having his belly scratched and grumbles all the way through a good stroking! A home with a tall wall so he can’t see onto the street or where someone is home most of the time would suit Andy best as he gets very excited and barks at everything walking by on the other side of the fence if left alone for too long. Dukey is a 1 year old brindle male that has been surrendered to our kennels. He comes from a very good and loving home where sadly his owners could no longer keep him. He is house trained and leash trained, and gets on well with other dogs. ** He is a happy, friendly and loving boy who has lots of energy and is very active, and he will therefore need a spacious garden as well as a family that will have the time to exercise him every day. He must sleep inside the house at night! He is sociable and loads of fun and loves to play with his toys! He will make the most awesome family pet and companion. We have a lovely Jack Russell Cross named Brodie that needs a good home as we are moving into a flat and can no longer keep him. He is well trained, protective, alert and gets along well with other dogs. He loves to be indoors as well as outdoors to burn his energy. He is a medium size dog and is over a year old. Ringo is a boy of 1 and a half years old. He is not coping in the shelter, as he craves and needs human attention. This is one super family dog and we needs a family soon. Ringo gets along well with other dogs and cats. Ringo will need to be part of a family - sleep inside and be exercise on a regular basis. His time is limited at the shelter. He doesn't have much longer.  Adoption fee and home checks will apply for Ringo. 

Bobby was surrendered by his owners, they are homeless and couldn't afford to look after him any longer, although he was obviously loved and very well fed. He is a young male German Shepherd cross Ridgeback. He is a bit wary of strangers, but once he knows you he will love and protect you like no other. He gets along with other dogs who are submissive. Really stunning boy who is in URGENT need of a good home. Adoption fee: R850 includes his 1st injections, de-worming, IdentiPet microchip and castration.

Missy was rescued as a pregnant medium sized brak from the streets. She had her puppies while a kind lady assisted her to raise them. They are very social and well adjusted puppies who are estimated to grow up into beautiful medium sized brakkies. Dad is unknown. They are getting along with other dogs and cats and love all human interaction. Judging from Missy's splendid personality they will have the most awesome demeanor. They will be sterilised soon and have received their first and second vaccinations. They are deflea'd, dewormed and will be microchipped. They are in foster care in Hermanus. Home visits and adoption applications apply. Lupo is another longer hair boy child of Missy. He loves to be picked up and cuddled and gets along with his cat friends. When he first had the energy to accept the cat, he too lost. But we are aware that eventually cats allow puppies to win, especially if they were born and grew up with 5 feline friends

Iris is about 12 weeks old. A tough little cookie and sweet as sugar. She loves children and gets on well with the cat she lives with. She likes laying in the sun and is quite a calm little doggy.
