There is a built in braai on one of the mountain facing balcony and there is also a portable braai that can be used downstairs and in the enormous garden. The garden also has a swing and slide set. There is a large games/entertainment room downstairs with a sturdy pool table, darts and a small bar. There is also a TV in the games room with large sofa's. The house has a large comfortable lounge, dining room, an upstairs bar that leads onto the balcony and braai area and a fully equipped kitchen with a scullery. More than enough cupboards for storage. Comes with full DSTV package (there are 2 televisions). Lots of off street parking (enough for 6 cars). Walled and secured property with full Alarm system. The house is situated 2 streets back from the waters edge and tidal pool. Very close to all amenities (OK Supermarket, butchery, pharmacy, Tipples etc).Onrus is a great place to get away and relax!!!
