BUT here is what I believe, I tend to disagree with the media, you don’t need to go on holidays to have all the fun, you can stay in a ‘holiday’ flat every day of your life. Live the life like a high roller for a cheap price. We all want to live in a nice area, I want to live in a luxury home every day, I believe you also want to. I also want to be safe and secure just like all other South Africans like you. We all want the same nice home atmosphere. Here is what I can do for you, I know I will be receiving a lot of phone calls so you need to act fast, I have a prime spot flat available with all these benefits and more. Best part about this flat is that it is situated close to all the facilities on the ground floor (no need to carry groceries up stairs every now and again etc). Also the visitors parking spots are right in front of your flat. Your parking spot is right behind the flat, super close. An opportunity like this does not come by often. You can wait to phone me but it might not be available later. No one should ever withhold you from living the live you deserve. You know you want to and can live this high life.
