We are going to be recruiting more tradesmen in the coming months so if you can say ‘YES’ to all the following selection criteria, we’d love to hear from you: • I am a specialist painter OR tiler OR paver OR carpenter and can provide a professional service • I live in Khayelitsha, Langa, Mitchells Plain, Gugulethu or anywhere else close to Philippi or can easily travel to Philippi • I am comfortable dealing with sometimes difficult clients from wealthy areas • I am on site myself, working together with my team for more than 90% of the time for all jobs • I can provide at least three (3) references from previous clients for whom I’ve worked in the last year and I am happy for you to contact them • I have my own tools or I have access to all the tools I require for my trade • I have received proper training for my trade and I can prove this • I can supply my clients with written quotes • I have my own cell phone • I have my own transport or I can find transport to get to any jobs within the Helderberg and greater Cape Town area • I have my own bank account • I have the necessary official documents / papers to legally work in South Africa Please note: if you don’t fulfil ALL of the above criteria, unfortunately you do not qualify for the recruitment process.
