Unit is 3 months old or so. Still under warranty. The loop out knob is broken off. I still have the button. It can be taken back to the shop where it was bought from for a repair quote or the warrantee may fix it. It needs to be taken in to see if there is a cost or warrantee will cover it. Otherwise, the unit is in perfect condition. It's just been used for teaching. It does not come with the software.
