The rack is fully functional. You will see however that the indicator / brake light pane is missing. Hence the low price. It can be replaced or used as is. The electrical cables and tow bar exectric plug are intavt.

Great bike, never given any problems and very stable and easy to ride. In good good condition, just been serviced, and everything working smoothly as just been bought.
