This material is weather proof, UV, Rot and Mildew Resistant. The built in ground sheet is 500gms. The tent includes both sidewall panels and the front door panel for the veranda. Includes these the tent sells new for R10,000.00 The tent was only used on a few occasions and now selling as we have bought a trailer tent. We are in Mpumulanga, but will to bring the tent through to JHB when we travel through.
