Orion Enhanced Mirror Star Diagonal 1.25" Product Info Don't put a standard-issue diagonal into a high-quality refractor or Cassegrain telescope or you'll be losing 10% or more of the light collected by the telescope's optics. Use an Orion Enhanced diagonal instead. Their lab-tested enhanced aluminum coatings reflect 97% of the inbound light to your eyepiece, for brighter images compared to standard diagonals. Orion's beautifully machined and anodized aluminum housings feature machine-threaded baffles for high contrast and nonmarring compression ring collars for securing the eyepiece. The diagonal's nosepiece barrel is threaded to accept 1.25" filters. Endcaps included. Diagonals are not suitable for use with Newtonian reflector telescopes due to insufficient focus travel. Features: The precision flat mirror in this 90° diagonal is meticulously polished to yield excellent performance Anodized aluminum housings are internally blackened for high contrast views free of glare Fits 1.25" telescope focusers, accepts 1.25" eyepieces Enhanced Aluminum mirror coatings yield 97% reflectivity for bright clear views Includes dustcaps for storage Specifications: Barrel size - 1.25" Coatings - Enhanced Aluminum Optical quality - Diffraction limited Filter threads - Yes Compression ring - Yes Weight (oz.) - 7 Package Contents: Orion Enhanced Mirror Star Diagonal 1.25"

The Celestron Star Pointer Finderscope is the way to go if you want the easiest way possible to locate an object and center it in your eyepiece. A red dot finder, unlike an optical finder, has 1x magnification, displays a super wide field of view, and keeps the sky right side up and left-to-right correct, matching what you see with your unaided eyes. An LED creates a red dot, superimposed on a viewing screen, so you simply point the Star Pointer to the area or object you wish to observe, look through your eyepiece, and if properly aligned, the area in and around place you pointed the red dot will be centered in the field of view. If you like the idea of having some magnification, try installing both a red dot and optical finder on your telescope. Schmidt-Cassegrain and EdgeHD telescopes have multiple mounting bracket holes so you can get the best of both worlds. Just make sure to align both of them correctly, and youll get the best use out of each of your finders.

The Celestron Telescope Astrofi 130 f/5 Reflector Telescope utilizes an integrated antenna to emit a local Wi-Fi signal so you can control the mount via Android and iOS smartphones and tablets running their free SkyPortal app. Optically, the Celestron Astrofi 130 sports a large 130mm aperture and a short 650mm focal length to produce a fast focal ratio that can resolve deep sky objects that smaller refractor-style scopes cannot, such as splitting binary stars or separating star clusters. With highly-reflective aluminum and SiO2 (quartz) mirror coatings, light loss is limited so you can make detailed observations of the Moon, view planets and distant nebulae, and get great wide-field views of the sky for comet watching and asteroid hunting. This complete observation rig includes the optical tube assembly, a motorized mount, an aluminum tripod, two eyepieces, and a red-dot finder. The OTA is mounted on a single-arm motorized alt-az mount.Guiding the mount is the SkyPortal app. Packed with over 120,000 objects it is designed to help users set up quickly and start observing faster. The app offers align aids, can automatically find objects in the night sky; and even offers guided tours of the most interesting objects overhead on any given night. The mount of the Celestron Telescope Astrofi 130 runs on eight user-supplied AA batteries, and the entire rig assembles and breaks down without the need for tools so set up is easy and you can start observing sooner. Celestron AstroMaster 130 EQ Equatorial Reflector Telescope 31045 Product Info Celestron AstroMaster 130 EQ Equatorial Reflector Telescope 31045 is a dual-purpose telescope that is great for both terrestrial and celestial viewing. The Celestron Astro Master 130 EQ Telescope produces bright and clear images of the Moon and planets through the telescope's fully coated lens. The Celestron Astro Master 130 EQ Telescope w/ Equatorial Mount has a large 130mm mirror, making it a great medium-sized telescope that will allow the user room to grow in astronomy. This 130mm mirror is the largest mirror in the AstroMaster Series, and will easily provide enough light to see the moons of Jupiter, rings of Saturn, star clusters, and nebulae. These telescopes come with two telescope eyepieces of 50x and 100x magnification, which can pull in objects both near and far away. Celestron AstroMaster 130 EQ Telescopes have an Equatorial mount that allow the user to follow objects in the sky much easier than an Altazimuth (Alt-az) Mount. Equatorial mounts use a set of counterweights that balances the telescope as it moves, making the movement more smooth. This is also very effective in high magnifications, when the smallest nudge of the telescope will greatly affect the viewing area. In addition, these Celestron AstroMaster Telescopes have the reflector design, which is favored by astronomers with their more advanced setup and controls, when compared to a Refractor telescope. These telescopes come with a tripod with 1.25" thick steel legs, providing a rigid and stable platform. These features of the Celestron AstroMaster 130 EQ Equatorial Reflector Telescope 31045 make it a great telescope for serious beginners and intermediate users.
