He also manages customer situations and designs strategies necessary to maximize customer satisfaction. Apart from that he also develops technical initiatives geared towards improving the effectiveness of the technical team. A technical sales manager assesses rewards and coaches technical sales professionals within the organization. He / she should also provide support to front line sales people overseeing presentations, technical support together with customer presentations. This person must have internal sales experience Must have worked with a team of 5 or more persons under them Must be technically strong as they will be working with drawings on a day to day basis     A MUST HAVE:   Managerial studies Technical studies Own vehicle Willing to relocate if not residing in the area.
