Knee operated valve for use in the food industry with hand wash basins.  This valve is ideally suite for hand free operation in areas where hygiene is important, such as food industry and processing plants.  A matching basin spout is also available which replaces your existing tap or basin mixer. The knee operated valve uses mixed water or cold water only. Use a thermostatic valve to pre-mix hot and cold water at safe temperatures that will not scald/burn employees hands while washing.  Temperature is kept below 42°C which is the max temperature allowed in the industry.
