I live in the most amazing spot, with beautiful high thatched ceilings, in Meteor Road, Sundowner - (just South of the Northgate Shopping Centre & Coca Cola Dome - at the top of Randburg) and am looking for a young professional to join me and my housemate. The place looks really stunning – spacious, modern kitchen, lounge/TV Room, big balcony, 3 full bathrooms (so effectively each room pretty much has its own bathroom), and a huge loft area and deck (where I stay), so there is plenty of space. The advertised room is fairly small, but neat and well decorated – it has a big bath, toilet and shower right next to it (which is exclusively yours). It is R per month including water, electricity & a maid twice a week. A Rdeposit is also required up front. It is available on 01 Apr, or as soon as u can move in thereafter. We have a maid, who is totally trustworthy, always smiling and works like a bomb. We have the coolest cat ever called “Joffers” We have also got a second meow (used to be called “Tiny” when he was a kitty, but is now called “Tubbers” cos that’s what he is now). Both cats are very cute, funny and well behaved. The modern complex has a lekker pool and braai area and has full 24 hr security. It's a really lekker position to beat traffic - with easy access onto either Hans Strijdom/Malibongwe, Witkoppen, Beyers Naude. There is an undercover parking bay which you can share – otherwise there is stax of undercover visitors parking elsewhere in the complex.
