Stores person vacancy exists in a company in Perseverance, Port Elizabeth Requirements: Handle & control all receiving Handle & control all dispatching Assist with merchandising of stock Dispatching of all stock Assist with stock control, stock-take & regular “spot checks” Assist with counter sales when required (SPEC clients) Excellent customer service at all times Pre-pack stock and do pricing labels Seal bulk stock and store in bulk designated area Assist fellow employees and manager as and when required Check that all stock is marked and labelled Receiving & checking stock from suppliers Assist with stock levels Contact suppliers for stock queries / incorrect supply Follow up on outstanding Supplier Orders on a daily basis Keeping a good relationship with suppliers Maintain housekeeping in receiving/dispatch at all times Bring all irregularities / problems under the managerattention Control of calibration of QC instruments Ordering & controlling of diesel Control of scaffolding Maintaining record information of all plant at sites, diesel & gas Control of gas and refills Control of all plant functions Booking on spread sheets in and out of machinery Sending plant equipment & machinery for repairs Please submit CV's only with salary requirement to nicolbee7713@spec.co.za.
