Purpose of the Role To assist the Data Processing team and various work streams through creating and interpreting advanced data constructions and analysis, thereby using advanced manipulation techniques in order to produce the necessary output for the client. Deliverables Run advance analysis Create and check advanced data constructions Understand and execute advanced manipulations techniques in SPSS such as transpose, aggregation, OMS Advance data related problem solving skills Interpret advanced charts and create relating tables and data structures Assist other data analysts with problem solving Create related training materials Support Researchers Advance SPSS scripting skills Create standardised syntax for repetitive procedures Automate repetitive procedures Ensure quality of analysis and procedures Create training material on procedures to ensure quality Provide internal and external training Assist and advise clients/researchers on best practices relating to relevant datasets Accurately translate client request into data terms and produce the necessary output Assist with development projects Assist with R&D projects Accurately execute basic statistical techniques Requirements 3 – 5 years experience in a related position. Degree / Diploma majoring in Statistics SPSS Stats Strategic thinking ability Critical thinking & questioning Ability to identify potential problems early on Advantageous R programming language
