Here we have four (4) early SADF pattern 70/73 olive green canvas webbing belt clips or "spiders" used to make up a skeleton webbing (or "jippo" webbing) aka lightweight patrol order belt-kit. The "spiders" attach to a std width web-belt and make attachment points for the shoulder harness or yoke to help carry the weight of ammo and water - especially liked and used by reaction force troops that wanted to move fast (carry minimal weight!). These loose patt 70/73 smaller items are always scarce and difficult to obtain. Please see the pics for further detail and as a confirmation of the item and its condition as on auction. Please note that the camo used as a background is not included in this auction. Postage quotes supplied at close of successful auction depending on the winning bidder and his/ her location!
