Vintage SADF nutria bush jacket, brown shirt, trousers and 3 pairs of socks for 1 bid. This lot dates to 1977. It consists of: Vintage SADF medium nutria bush jacket. This old bush jacket (Jacket Field Dress) was produced in 1977 - reference 8405,18,401,6434. It is a medium, and in good condition - no missing buttons. A SADF brown nutria shirt. The shirt is a large with the reference number 8415-18-401-6438. It is in good condition. A pair of SADF brown nutria trousers. I am not sure of the size, but it has a reference number 8405-18-401-6445. They are in good condition. 3 Pairs of woolen SADF socks. They are in good condition. Bargain 1 bid for the lot. Here we have on auction a Bop Army (ex-homelands) DPM camo field-dress long-sleeved shirt (med size) as worn by the Bophuthatswana Army pre-1994 (Bop is a now defunct SA ex-homelands from pre-1994) - in mint, unused condition. This item is from before the April 1994 period, just before the homelands were all re-intergrated back into SA. Interestingly this item also has the camo type buttons as found on some SAP items from the same era. This l/s shirt is in near mint (dusty from storage) almost new, unworn condition - this would make a great hunting jacket for a young lad! The measurements of this shirt is shouldertip-to-shouldertip 47cm, armpit-to-armpit 62cm and the sleeve length is 53cm. This shirt is in an unused condition.

Here we have on auction a rarely seen available for sale current issue Mozambique Police (PRM) rice pattern camo long-sleeve shirt in good used condition AND in a X- LARGE size! This l/s shirt is approx a size X-L (fits me and I normally wear XL shirts - 44 inch chest) and is marked in the local size scale as a "size 9". The picture below shows a member of the Mozambique PRM police wearing the same rice pattern camo as is on auction here; Many Southern African nations adopted the rice pattern camo (East German/ Chinese origin and/ or copy) for use by their militaries/ police forces (Zambia and Moz still currently use this patt for police)/ para-military forces and the pattern was also extensively used by insurgents and terrorist groups throughout Southern Africa eg. ZIPRA/ ZANLA in Rhodesia, SWAPO/ PLAN in Angola/ SWA etc. and subsequently the SA Special Forces (Recces) also made their own copy camo and psuedo uniforms in the pattern! Please see the pics for further detail and as a confirmation of the item and its condition as on auction. Please see the "INUPOL" label and size tag - which reads "size 9" (approx XL). and; These uniforms are extremely difficult to source and finding one in a X-large size is even MORE difficult! Here we have on auction a used BUT great condition Recce (SA Special Forces) SADF era copy camo long sleeved shrt in copy Tanzanian DPM tropical lightweight camo fabric - copy camo cloth and style (cut/ sewn) in a SADF style/ pattern. This is a great summer shirt with pockets on both sleeves for a FFD and small note-book or compass etc. This l/s shirt is still intact, no damage and the colours are still bright and vibrant and as a MEDIUM size ideal for display purposes as an exmaple of the Recce copy camo programme - which mimic'd the small details of enemy uniforms - even down to the buttons used and cloth weight!
