RVT (River Valley Trading) shave soap is a locally made, high quality all natural shave soap. We have been working with a local artisan soap maker in Durban to formulate a soap with the lathering properties that are required for traditional wet shaving. After many months of trials and testing (and the perseverance of the soap maker), the formulation is now just right. The soap gives a slick, rich creamy lather that is stable and long lasting. The lather provides great cushion and protection. The scent profile of the soap is a combination of Lime with a hint of black pepper. A very fresh, clean scent for summer.    Our shave soap comes in a plastic tub with a screw top lid. 165 grams of soap per tub also gives great value.    All natural ingredients. If you like Fanta orange you will love this soap!   Fast and easy lathering Beautiful creamy rich lather Excellent cushioning and slide Superb skin care and post-shave feel Each tub contains 2oz of soap (approximately 60 grams) A little goes a long way - Excellent cost per shave ratio.       Ingredients: Ingredients: Stearic Acid, Water, Coconut Oil, Potassium Hydroxide, Fragrance, Sodium Hydroxide, Castor Oil, Kokum Butter, Shea Butter, Sodium Lactate, Glycerin   How to use:   1- Add warm water to soap container a couple of minutes prior to loading to allow top layer of soap to soften. 2-Take pre-soaked shave brush and squeeze out excess water from the brush. 3- Dump water from soap container. 4-Load brush using a swirl pattern with medium pressure for approximately 15 seconds. 5-Create lather with swirling motions in bowl or on skin until desired lather is formed. Add water to tips of brush if necessary. 6-After shaving is complete- rinse brush thoroughly with warm water and shake out any excess water from bristles of the brush. Allow brush to air dry 7-Keep top off soap container until soap is dry. May take up to 24hrs. 8- Between shaves keep soap covered in cool, dry place.   NB. All our items are In Stock.
