We have a support role available in our team! This position requires you to provide support to customers by email, chat and in person for our ecommerce platform. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS – WordPress experience (preferably Woocommerce) – Must be fluent in English and well spoken – Good communication skills (verbal and in text) – Sharp, and a fast learner – Must be able to work under pressure BENEFICIAL SKILLS – Support or help desk experience – Experience with theme editing/content management Relevant experience required.
