We can not go to our yearly 1 week's holiday this year at Umhlanga Sands due to personal reasons. We just ask our yearly levy for the week. The dates are from Saturday 06 May 2017 to Saturday 13 May 2017. The room nr is 1510. You will not regret this most upmarket 1 week's stay!!! The asking price for the timeshare at Umhlanga Sands Holiday Resort is R12 500. It is a self catering Gold Crown resort. The registration fee is R1 660 to transfer the timeshare in your name and is payable by the buyer. The timeshare is a lifetime investment and will be carried into your estate when you pass away. The registration fee is included in the asking price. There is an annual levy that must be paid every year for the timeshare. The annual levy for 2017 is R6 070. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay the 2017 levy. Week 45 in 2017 runs from 11 - 18 November 2017. The 2017 levy will become payable 3 months before the start of week 45.
