Here we have on auction a PAIR of good used condition original period "step-out" Infantry School SADF (Oudtshoorn)  flashes as would have been worn on the std SA Army tunic  - 3 x pins intact on BOTH flashes. These 2 x item (s) are genuine, original period items and do have some "wear-and-tear", light surface scratches etc. Please see the pics for further detail and as a confirmation of the item and its condition as on auction. Please note that the camo used as a background is not included in this auction. Postage quotes supplied at close of successful auction depending on the winning bidder and his/ her location! Here we have a complete set of SADF field wash basin (use to shave/ wash hands/ hold ice) and wash-trough (take a shower/ wash dishes) with a metal stand as issued for use during training/ operations. Also included is a matching folding/ soft bucket. In good used condition, no damage - both basins still hold water! Marked "Haggie 1977" - Haggie was a canvas manufacturer in Cape Town which supplied camping gear to the SADF. Used by the SADF, especially those in the Armour and Mech forces, see the following pic for use by SADF armour in Angola during Op PROTEA; Basins made from heavy duty vinyl and canvas backing - both still water-tight. A great set of usable items - the small basin works great as a hand wash station/ shaving stand/ Ice bucket! The large basin is used for washing dishes/ bathing in! Metal frame folds-up nicely (concertina style) - all great for camping/ 4x4 trips/ fishing. Please note that due to size and weight shipping/ postage will be HIGH! I have sanded down the frame (which was rusted) and re-sprayed with a dark earth paint (closest to SADF nutria that I could source). Please note that the Rhodesian camo used as a background in some photos is not included in this auction. Happy bidding!!!
