The grass seed we have is called Ginger Green Pasture Grass Seed. It is a broad leaf, evergreen lawn that has the ability to spread over and grow through runners. Ginger green will remain green right throughout the year. This grass will grow in a variety of soils including infertile and sandy conditions. Sowing of our grass seeds can be done throughout the year and will grow in any season. Ginger green grass seed is a local hybrid made from crossing other local grasses. No genetic modification at all. Would grow a good few feet in height. It is a hardy grass so can take plenty of punishment and the roots go deeper than any other grass. Re-grows immediately, depends at what length you want the sheep/cattle/horses/ponies to start eating again. Ginger Green grass nutritional facts. Digestibility – 60 to 80% Metabolisable  Energy – 8.5 to 11.5 % Crude Protein – 25%   The grass will not fail the farmer.
