Please note: preference will be giving to students and young working professionals, this is for a maximum of two people. viewing at the flat will be 7th of January from 17:30 - 18:30 This is an older flat block that is from young professionals to older couples, there are a few students in the block, so this is a flat block is quiet and well suited for a more mature students doing their final years or post grad. I have a flat for rent (17 Selous road, Claremont) as of the 10th of January. This flat consists of: 2 large bedrooms (1 with mountain view, 1 has 3 large cupboard doors, other has 5, so plenty of clothing & storage space), 1 bathroom, spacious lounge which can fit a 4-seater dining suite as well as at least 2 couches, coffee table & entertainment counter with TV etc, with door next to balcony that can fit washing and a 2-seater table and chairs easily.
