This particular whitewater plastic kayak has participated in a race down the Zambezi gorge rapids. It was banned from future races because its length gave it an unfair advantage of speed over the other modern but shorter kayaks. Lots of space to store stuff for river trips. I also used this in the sea a lot and did some really long paddles in it. Good condition

Excellent condition. Rotomolded plastic which can take the knocks and bumps without drama. Has adaption to fit kayak rudder in place of current surfski fin, so can be used in rivers as well as open ocean. Bungies for water bottles and bungies for sundry stuff. Soft hatch cover for access to internal storage for river expeditions. Very user-friendly bailer and easy adjustable footplates. I've used it extensively in gentle paddling to explore coastlines, paddled around Cape Point, played in large coastal surf conditions and done exciting Millers downwind runs. Great fun all round. Reason for selling: I need to upgrade to longer ski to be more competitive as this won't win any ski races.
