I offer both options as is for R collected or ready to plant in @ R each collected. I do all the hard work for you. I clean and bleach the barrel to remove all the stains, I tighten all the hoops so they do not fall off, I oil and waterproof the barrel to stand up to the harsh weather conditions and drill drainage holes in the bottom. The barrel also comes with a set of care and planting instructions so your barrel will last you for many years to come.
