Brand New Condition. Platform bike carrier for two bikes. Carrier and rack can be locked ????. Keys available. Rack can tilt upright or fold down to allow for opening car boot. Wire harness fits both local and European tow bars. Still has protective plastic on lights. Folds away for easy storage and has wheels to move around. Going for a song. Thought I'd use it but never did.
