We are currently seeking part time and full time fundraisers in all 9 Provinces in South Africa. We are a newly established organization and depending on donations and sponsors. We do not pay a basic salary, but do give a high percentage commission to our fundraiser, until they reached their basic salary. From there they do receive the standard international commission for fundraisers. The advantage with this is also that each fundraiser do decide on their own income and there is no need for the organization to financially carry people that do not seem to be productive.
