The asking price for the timeshare at Umhlanga Sands Holiday Resort is R12 500. It is a self catering Gold Crown resort. The registration fee is R1 660 to transfer the timeshare in your name and is payable by the buyer. The timeshare is a lifetime investment and will be carried into your estate when you pass away.
