Magnificently framed oil on canvas as photographed and described I regard as a large piece.  Please view all to appreciate. Known European artist. Judging from internet searches values ranging depending on condition from $250.00 to $850.00. It measures a large size with the frame height 87cm and length across 117cm. Please note (unseen) slight damage to canvas in this area. Please see photo of reverse of canvas. It is minor but ideally should be restored. I have for this and other reasons listed this stunner at a lower price. Internet search two Angeliz / Angelis.  One is E and the other Federico Judging from the other pieces seen would say this is the E Angeliz Note Note. Frame is stunning Couple of dings to frame but at the back piece. So not noticed. As mentioned small damaged piece in the canvas. I would say a result of bad handling. It is like a tiny slit.
