Field Service Manager - Mining Equipment (Crushers, Grinding Mills etc) Desired Skills and Experience: The successful applicant will be degree qualified and experienced in Grinding Mills and/or Crushers or has worked with similar equipment in either a field service industrial maintenance environment. ·         Competency in trouble shooting and servicing mineral processing equipment. ·         Strong analytical and technical skills ·         Supervisory skills. ·         Good computer literacy. ·         An ability to work under pressure and display excellent customer service in a multitude of                   cultures throughout Africa & Europe. ·         Work on-site in remote regional areas for extended periods of time. ·         More than five (5) years previous appropriate experience. ·         Mechanical Degree or Trade supported by current documentation. ·         Current driver's licence. ·         Ability to lead, develop and maintain working relationships. ·         Strong customer focus. ·         Willingness to travel the region ·         Valid South African Passport or Permanent Residence Permit Duties:          Advising and overseeing on-site installation of fixed mineral processing equipment.          Trouble shooting equipment in the field.          Conducting regular preventative maintenance training programmes.          Customer after-market services and spare parts support.
