Nigeria 2008 UPU Congress N50 (Ceremonial Costumes) proof pair from trial sheet showing lower stamp completely blank - two trial sheets of 43 were produced with 7 blanks - the trials are also in a different shade from the issued stamp, a matched pair accompany.
