Very minor dust/haze in the optics, glass is remarkably clean considering it's age, there are some cleaning marks Comes with an Original Leica silver  metal front lens cap.   This is a Leitz Wetzlar Hektor 1:4.5/135 Lens Head attached to a OTSRO Visoflex adapter with a Elmarit 90mm focus mount. I'm not to sure why this combination of lens components was put together but it works fine and focuses to infinity on my Fujifilm Xpro-1 when used with a Leica M-mount adapter. To focus on a Leica body you will need to focus using the EVF as the Elmarit 90mm helicoil will not be calibrated to the 135mm lens head.
