The Hamlet Country Lodge is situated in Prince Alfred's Hamlet near Ceres. In a small town such as Prince Alfred Hamlet, there is surprisingly lots to do. We offer beautiful cottages on the banks of the Komati River. There is abundant bird life, hippos and crocodiles. Guests can enjoy tiger fishing and many other activities in and around Komatipoort. We are 14 km from the Kruger National Park, 60 km from the Mananga Swaziland Border, 4 km from the Mozambique Border and 4 km from town. In addition to self-catering facilities in all cottages, we also offer breakfast. The Cottages offer air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, DStv, stoves, microwaves, bar fridges and barbecues. They also have breakfast nooks, lounge areas and covered patio. We have a backup generator for all of those load-shedding blues.
