VERY HARD TO FIND!!!!    Promotional Smurfs were made in far fewer Numbers and have become very Rare, hard to find and high in value.!!!! He is in Excellent to MINT Condition !!.....see photos. He is holding his famous Exploding Present... Which was made as a Rare Yellow Variant for this Promotional Release !! All white/shine markings on the photo's that have not been described are just glare from the camera !! Smurfs have been and continue to be very sought after collectibles.
