Place wood or charcoal inside the inner ceramic lining. The liner acts as an insulator reducing the amount of wood or charcoal required, and becomes really hot. The temperature can be regulated by adjusting the air ventilation door. Additional wood or charcoal can be added for prolonged cooking. Once coals have formed, place cooking appliance on top of the pot rests. Be careful not to exceed the maximum weight of 15 kilograms. It is suitable to cook with a pot or pan, and a braai can also be enjoyed on the fitted grill.
