Malachite necklace

NECKLACE made up of MALACHITE beads, GRADUATED and ranging from 5mm. to 14mm. Solid 9 carat gold clasp which is hallmarked and beads are professionally knotted in green thread with gimps. Malachite is named after the MALLOW plant of the same colour and represents fidelity in love and frienship as well as having many medicinal advantages. It has striking green coloured stratifications which vary from a bright green to a very dark shade. The necklace is 46cms. in total length including the clasp and the beads have a lovely sheen. Stunning green necklace and a very attractive length!
