Ngwenya Lodge overlooks the Crocodile River and set on the border of Kruger National Park, this upscale game lodge is 35 km from Lionspruit Game Reserve. Featuring kitchens and Wi-Fi (fee), the modern studio-style chalets have national park views and verandahs with BBQ grills and seating. The 2- and 3-bedroom chalets add TVs and separate living rooms. We have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit which sleeps 4 comfortably available from 19/12/2016 to 22/12/2016 for 4 nights only.

Ngwenya Lodge is located along the Crocodile River and southern border of Kruger National Park and has very easy access via the nearby Crocodile Bridge gate. The unit is on the river and enjoys one of the best locations at the lodge. It sleeps six and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two singles plus a sleeper couch in the lounge. If you don't know Ngwenya it really is a fantastic place and our only regret is circumstances preventing us using the unit ourselves this year. If you know Ngwenya the unit is roughly midway between the middle and lower hides and you will know how fabulous that is. We have had some great sightings from the balcony. This delightful camp is situated on the banks of the Mashokwe spruit approximately 40km south west of Shingwedzi in the beautiful northern Mopane/Woodland savannah of the Kruger National Park. Named after the majestic eagle, Bateleur, being the oldest and the smallest of the bushveld camps, offers a unique atmosphere and superb game viewing. One of the many features Bateleur offers is a game-viewing hide that overlooks a waterhole just outside the camp.
