Livery/retirement/spelling of horses available in a gated estate in Howick / Merrivale so there is 24 hour security. Large, lush Kikuyu paddocks. Full sized arena and lunge ring. Care of all horses will be overseen by the owner who lives on the property. R per month with some feed included (dependent on amount required per month). Some stabling available at an additional cost if required

Horses live out in large paddocks with year round grazing, with no compromise on sufficient shelter to protect them from the natural elements. Sick-bay stables are available for medical situations. Priority is given to essential livery management which includes individual care and nutrition, de-worming, vaccinations, hoof care (resident barefoot trimmer) and dental care. Our vet is conveniently situated on the neighboring farm. Our clients have use of a tack room, 60m x 30m arena, 20m lunge ring, beautiful outrides and more.

I have a couple of potential spaces at our yard in Noordhoek.  We are situated on a farm, and horses graze in a large field during the day, and stabled in wooden stable with night camp at night, or have an option to be out at night in a camp with hay, with access to stable.  Close to the beach, right next to the NRA showgrounds, no busy main roads to cross.  We are a natural yard with emphasis placed on growing your relationship with your horse the kindest way possible.  All horses are barefoot, and many are bitless too (although not a requirement).  Most owners are teenagers, so a nice place for a younger rider to have fun.  Excellent care given seven days a week (grooming, hoof care, basic wound care, blanketing (if needed).  Preference will be given to mares as we need to balance our herd.  Arena under construction.  Facilities rustic but improving all the time.  Cost will vary slightly depending on your horses feed and requirements (in or out etc).
