I live in the most amazing spot, with beautiful high thatched ceilings, in Meteor Road, Sundowner - (just South of the Northgate Shopping Centre & Coca Cola Dome - at the top of Randburg) and am looking for a young professional to join me and my housemate. The place looks really stunning – spacious, modern kitchen, lounge/TV Room, big balcony, 3 full bathrooms (so effectively each room pretty much has its own bathroom), and a huge loft area and deck (where I stay), so there is plenty of space. The advertised room is fairly small, but neat and well decorated – it has a big bath, toilet and shower right next to it (which is exclusively yours). It is R per month including water, electricity & a maid twice a week. A Rdeposit is also required up front. It is available on 01 Apr, or as soon as u can move in thereafter. We have a maid, who is totally trustworthy, always smiling and works like a bomb. We have the coolest cat ever called “Joffers” We have also got a second meow (used to be called “Tiny” when he was a kitty, but is now called “Tubbers” cos that’s what he is now). Both cats are very cute, funny and well behaved. The modern complex has a lekker pool and braai area and has full 24 hr security. The whole house has high thatched ceilings and is fully furnished, washing machine, microwave, huge 1m top of the range flatscreen TV etc, etc. Only thing u need to bring is you! It's a really lekker position to beat traffic - with easy access onto either Hans Strijdom/Malibongwe, Witkoppen, Beyers Naude. It also has excellent back route access to all of above and other back-routes to sneak past the traffic if those main roads are full. There is an undercover parking bay which you can share – otherwise there is stax of undercover visitors parking elsewhere in the complex. I’m a chilled, laid-back, easy going oke who is always up for a laugh. Jobwise - I am an analyst at Investec. Bordering the Seekoei River adjacent to Paradise Beach The farm is a riparian property of which the northern boundary is the Seekoei River. It is located adjacent to the township of Paradise Beach to the east and southeast. The property falls within the urban edge of the Jeffreys Bay municipal area. The eastern boundary is approximately 700 metres from the beach. Paradise Beach has several kilometres of white sandy beaches along the Indian Ocean. The farm is very suitable for town/village establishment, due to its strategic location. The river bank offers a magnificent view over the estuary, with a game farm and nature reserve across the river. Much groundwork has already been done towards rezoning and development including: 2.1. A survey based on aerial photography that gives all contours to accuracy within a few millimetres to facilitate planning; 2.2. Groundwater and surface water reports; 2.3. Vegetation report, indicating that there are no endangered plant species that need to be protected. (There is however a stretch of indigenous bush of about 31 hectares in the centre of the farm, that should be left undisturbed. This however is a positive feature that lends itself to footpaths. It also forms a secure habitat for bushbuck, duiker, grysbok and other mammals. 2.4.
