Job Purpose: The core purpose of the role is to ensure the effective stock control and costing of food items according to company standards. Duties include: Efficiently display Fresh, Juice, Foods and UHT products in the market to ensure maximum visibility & freshness Implement company planogram to optimize existing shelf space & to ensure maximum visibility. Rotate products to minimize wastage & improve margin. Maintain and replenish stocks from the back store/ rooms. Place advertising and point of sale material to achieve optimum visibility and ensure market dominance. Provide excellent customer service. Maintain neat and orderly assigned storage areas within the trade Establish and maintain cordial and professional relationships with colleagues and trade staff. Ensure fridge cleanliness and report temperatures above approved temperature standards. Ensure that no crate is left in an outlet at the end of each call and that the total crates issued is returned the same day times.
