  Brass Italian World War Two Fascist Fasces Symbol, Length: 455mm, weight: about 2kg. Some scratches on axe blade, see first image, otherwise in very good condition. This was mounted on a building in Italy during the war, later after liberation, removed by Union troops and brought back to South Africa upon their return.

Vintage brass coated Naval/ Military hat box with life saving award - R.H. Pringle. I would date this old hat box to the 1930/40s. I think that it may be naval, as it is brass coated, and further that it may be from WW2 (from the materials it is manufactured from). The box also contained an Intermediate Certificate awarded by The Royal Life Saving Society to Robert H. Pringle in February 1935, indicating that he was closely connected to the sea. The box is round with his name plate on the top, and has a hinged lid with a lockable latch on the front. It measures 17cm (high) x 26cm (diameter), and in fair condition for its age - hinge and latch still work, but there is some wear to the brass plate. The certificate is distressed, and needs handling with care. Great buy for the collector of vintage militaria. Shipping note: This item falls into the 1kg - 5kg category (approximately 5kg). First World War - Maitland Tank Corps Helmet Plate or Cap Badge - Very scarce. The "C" of  the badge is shaped in the outline of a tank. The badge is made out of thin brass plate. The lugs at the back looks like wire rings with a rather big hole in the center. First World War tank related memorabilia is very scarce.

Brass Handles and cups, need a good clean, In lovely condition, one small dents on dish, Not noticeable. Metal or Tin plate. Cups and Handles can be taken off for cleaning. Vintage.P&P R120. Post Net Only
