Electric kettle controls which temperature the kettle stops on using digital technology and indicates which it is on using colours Colours are linked to temperatures, so you can also stop your water at a specific temperature, if you forget to pre-set it Blue = 70C (green tea); green = 80C (white tea); purple = 90C (coffee); red = 100C (black tea and boiling water)
