We at Canterberry Stables care for our clients horses like they are our own. We strive in giving the horses what nature intended. Big grass herd camps and spacious individual paddocks with shelters. We have lush grazing pastures, two field shelters, a round arena and a flat working area. Natural horse-keeping, no shoes, rugs or stables, and the horses live in a herd. Supervision on the farm. I have a couple of potential spaces at our yard in Noordhoek.  We are situated on a farm, and horses graze in a large field during the day, and stabled in wooden stable with night camp at night, or have an option to be out at night in a camp with hay, with access to stable.  Close to the beach, right next to the NRA showgrounds, no busy main roads to cross.  We are a natural yard with emphasis placed on growing your relationship with your horse the kindest way possible.  All horses are barefoot, and many are bitless too (although not a requirement).  Most owners are teenagers, so a nice place for a younger rider to have fun.  Excellent care given seven days a week (grooming, hoof care, basic wound care, blanketing (if needed).  Preference will be given to mares as we need to balance our herd.  Arena under construction.  Facilities rustic but improving all the time.  Cost will vary slightly depending on your horses feed and requirements (in or out etc).
