Hi guys I have a alarm system that's was installed at my previous town house the system was active too two points a sensor on the door and one motion sensor. It was enabled and disabled with a key and has the normal blue light to show that it is activated. The system comes with a siren that will go off should either of the two sensors go off. The control box can be set up and used with out out having it connected to a security company so main purpose would be to alert neighbours or yourself alternative you can get it linked to a local security company it also has the option to add more motion sensors and sensors over the door should you want to add. When I had it installed it cost me 2500 I'm looking to get 1000 onco its also very simple to install it yourself.
