Hodder & Stoughton January 1951 reset edition. Unclipped jacket with a few slight dark rub marks on both sides, and a small tear to each of the top right corner, and bottom left back. There is a barely visible stain down the spine, more visible from the inside than the outside. The FFEP and title page are not aligned with the rest of the pages, which does not seem to be damage or age-related, but rather a manufacturing fault. There are a few small faint white marks on the red boards, and the front corner is bent inwards a bit. The rest of the book appears to not ever have been read, with all pages clean and unblemished.
