Chromium improves the uptake of glucose into the body¿s cells so that it can be metabolised to produce energy via Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP). Chromium deficiency is an underlying cause of some cases of Diabetes Mellitus. Hypoglycemia can occur as a result of Chromium deficiency and supplemental Chromium alleviates the symptoms of hypoglycemia. Recommended Dosage: ADULTS take 1 capsule 3 times a day with meals.
